before XP booted (at the POST) then the OS can be ruled out. Have you tried updating the BIOS firmware? Or maybe even replacing the CMOS battery may fix the issue (strange issues can happen).
If it is after it boots into Windows that the errors occur, it is still likely to be a problem with Windows itself, however if it only happens upon moving the unit, it is likely that the MB needs to be re-seated/replaced, or something on the board is a little loose and loses connection, or shorts out a small circuit.

Hi: Your graphics adapter is not fully windows 7 capable. You can try this driver, but no matter what, you will not have Windows Aero. In any event, it will be much.

Things I have done recently

I have actually gone onto the HP website and downloaded all of the necessary updates for the notebook's drivers and software and what not, and the BIOS update was one of them, but unfortunately it has not done anything different for it.
But yes, these Resource Conflicts do present themselves before Windows XP has a chance to load, it occurs as soon as the HP black screen appears. It beeps 2 times, and then provides the resource conflict errors.
In addition, I was curious if reseating the motherboard, would be something that I would be able to attempt on my own without seeking a professional?

That does depend

on your knowledge of computers/notebooks. I would not recommend a novice trying to replace a MB in a notebook system, or even re-adding one. However, if you are confident in your skills and take precautions, it may not be too difficult.
Also, see my other post before attempting this route.
Also, replace the CMOS battery before trying to fiddle with the motherboard.

Another thought

it may also likely be due to a bad PSU or main battery. Try removing the battery completely, and then plug in the power adapter. Does it continue?

Battery

Well I have tried quite a few times to remove my battery pack, and the power adapter, then hold down the power button (which was suggested to me by an HP tech to remove static electricity), and it has worked for a short while after that.
But also, I have attempted to just have my notebook run off of just the power adapter, but more often than not, it does not make any change to the condition.

Ok, then

my first suggestion would be to replace the CMOS battery and see if that fixes it (only a few $$).
Remove any PCMCIA cards, flash cards, etc. that may be in the unit.
If that does not work, likely it is an issue on the MB, try setting the BIOS to defaults. If this does not work, then likely the MB is in need of repair/replacement.

BIOS

I have become quite familiar with the BIOS screen and i have reset the BIOS to default settings many times and it has not fixed the issue.
I also got responses on another website from a few other people if you want to check it out and see if you agree.
I really appreciate your time and help btw. If you have any issues view the other site, let me know, and i'll cut and paste their responses directly.

yes, I had

forgotten about the movement thing. The MB is likely affected and either needs to be reseated, or something attached needs to be reseated, or there is a problem with it.
So, it would appear that you can get a crash course in notebook repair, or maybe you will need to obtain a new notebook.
I am still surprised that geek squad told you it is the OS. what a hoot. Looks like the HP techs were much closer to the target (static/mobo issue, etc.)
If you do decide to take it apart, please post back

Wait, Halt, Stop

I mis-read part of your post. You said that memory was mentioned, however I interpreted it as it was tested. If the memory has errors on it, this can happen as well.
Download a memory tester such as memtest86
let it run for the full 24 hours. Is there any memory errors?

Memory

When I talked with the HP technicians, and i described to them the 2 beeps before the Resource Conflicts, they said that the 2 beeps usually means there is an issue with the memory. So the guy had me properly ground myself, then remove the 2 memory cards and place them back in, to make sure the issue was not just something where they needed to readjusted.
At the same time, Geek Squad at Best Buy also ran a diagnostic test overnight, where I believe they might have tested the memory as well, but they said everything passed with flying colors (after the hard drive was replaced of course), so thats where they decided to tell me it was the OS..
